We are looking for a team of people to help out with the programme of art workshops this summer at Manchester Art Gallery.

This role is about being friendly and welcoming to the families attending the workshops helping them feel creative and inspired.

Volunteering alongside artist workshop leaders and other volunteers this is a great opportunity to be with a creative hardworking team getting experience of a busy creative workshop.

Each session starts with some materials preparation and setting up. During the 2 hour workshop there are various tasks and jobs signing people in, encouraging families and helping them find their way around the gallery. We sometimes get up to 200 people in this drop in workshop, so lots of energy is required for this role.
