Greater Manchester School Games Cross-Country (Secondary Schools) is coming to Longford Park on Saturday 6th February. This is a county wide school games event with over 400 athletes competing.
We strive to make this event as professional as possible and to ensure we deliver this we need your help!
Volunteers roles are:
General Volunteer: after a morning brief volunteers will be able to offer assistance to spectators/ race organisers and competitors.
Results collation – we require volunteers to assist with the results collation at the end of the race,
Route Marshals – volunteers will be required to be marshals to and provide route directions for competitors.
Course Set-up and Take-down – assistance is needed before and after the race with setting up and taking down the course.
GreaterSport aim to make all volunteering events as fun and rewarding as possible for out great volunteers.
